These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, application, and services (together, the "Services") provided by Spring Light LLC ("Spring Light", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, a natural person (not a business or trust unless we explicitly enable institutional accounts for you), and not a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where our Services are restricted. See our restricted jurisdictions list.
You must provide accurate registration information and complete identity verification (KYC) before transacting. We may request additional information at any time. We may decline, suspend or close any account in our sole discretion, including for compliance reasons.
Spring Light provides a custodial wallet and digital asset transfer service. We do not offer trading, leverage, derivatives, lending, staking or yield products. We do not provide investment, tax or legal advice.
Fees are listed on our Fees page. Daily and monthly transfer ceilings depend on your verification tier. We may change fees and limits in line with our published policies.
You acknowledge the risks described in our Risk Disclosure, including that cryptoassets are highly volatile, are not deposits, are not covered by FDIC or SIPC insurance, and may lose value.
We may file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), respond to subpoenas and legal process, share information with regulators and counterparties as required by law, and pause or reverse activity as needed for compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spring Light is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses caused by market movements, blockchain network behaviour, force majeure or your own actions, including transfers you authorise to incorrect addresses or networks.
We may suspend or close your account at any time for any reason permitted by law, including suspected breach of these Terms or for compliance reasons. You may close your account at any time, subject to completing any open obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflicts-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
